Useful and positive Zoom Training (by Joe and with me attending) with MEC member. Lots of compliments about the site. An important process was added to the site immediately after the meeting - that of controlling the process of 'publishing' articles. Who can publish has always been  a major concern, but it hasn't mattered until now, as only two of us were adding to the site. Now contributors can save without publishing - which is helpful because articles can now be written over a period of time. And there is now a hierarchy of contributors - a 'contributor' will be able to write an article, but not publish it. 'Designated Contributors' can write and publish, and also 'sign-off' articles written by 'Contributors' ie make them live on the site.

Another thing we were able to make clear is that the site automatically adapts to the media being used - in particular it displays properly on a smart phone.
